Pump up the Bhangra

DCS, arguably the best live Bhangra band in the world have released their live session pack which consists of 14 tracks.

Another one of the newer DCS albums, however, this one was received much more warmly by the bhangra community. Some consider this album the best DCS album ever made.

There had been multiple requests for older bhangra music including groups like DCS so here it is. However, this album is not one of their earlier ones. In addition, this album was not received well, especially because it was first released in the UK with only six tracks. Later, for the Indian release, five more tracks were added.

DCS is a bhangra band that was formed in 1983. DCS has been shaking the bhangra industry and the world’s Asian population ever since. They have a remarkable, innovative ability to adapt to changing trends. They were the first band to utilize the modern creative sounds of the synthesizers in the production of the late 80’s bhangra. OU1 was released in 1993 and and was awarded a gold disc award. Requested in the forums by TheShow.
