Jazzy B Discography

Jazzy B

Jaswinder Singh Bains (born April 1, 1975), better known by his stage name Jazzy B, is an Indian Bhangra artist. Jazzy B is easily recognized by fans of Bhangra with his spiky hair and the range and depth of his vocals. 'Ghugian Da Jorra', his successful debut album, was released in 1993 and instantly made him a star. Since then he has become the best-selling Bhangra artist in the world, helping bring the genre to the forefront of the Indian music scene. He has worldwide appeal as he often tours Canada, England, India, the United States, and many other parts of the world where there is a large Desi population.

Jazzy B has released thirteen albums all of which have been produced by Sukshinder Shinda, a talented Bhangra record producer and artist known as 'The Music Man'. Together they have created some of the most popular Bhangra hits, including "Ghugian Da Jorra", "Londono Patola" which is still considered a hit since It put the Canada in the bhangra scene, "Naag", "Tera Roop", "Sardara", "Dil Luteya", and "Soorma". The 2005 Balle - Romeo Tour, which promoted Jazzy B's album Romeo and Sukshinder Shinda's album Balle, played at various venues around the world including Paramount Canada's Wonderland near Toronto, Canada which attracted a record crowd of over 65,000.

Jazzy B's popularity and success in Bhangra can be attributed to his style which is quite different from other artists in the genre. The music videos for his singles "Soorma" and "Romeo" were based on Hip hop music videos and featured Hummer H2s and the Rap group Takeova Ent. Jazzy B has also said that the reason for his longevity as a successful Bhangra artist is that he works exclusively with Sukshinder Shinda as he does not want to flood the Bhangra market with songs on different producers' albums.

Jazzy B - Rambo

Rambo

The latest album from Jazzy B himself. This album has been getting a lot of mixed reviews, the new school is loving it while the majority of the old school crowd is dismissing this album as garbage. Just because it's a Jazzy album I think it deserves a spin by everybody.

Jazzy B - Beat N Boom 2

First off, I'm not sure if this is actually a Jazzy B album. Jazzy is on most of the tracks but a few of the tracks have somone different singing. Whatever the case, I couldn't find any records of this album online so I have no way of posting an album cover or any official information.

Jazzy B - Bhangra King (Best of)

Bhangra King

I couldn't find this anywhere on the web so I'm hoping this is a legit album. Whatever the case, this is a compilation of Jazzy B's hits so even if its not official, its not bad. If you need something to start off your Jazzy B collection with, this is it.

Jazzy B - Hat Picheh: The Canadian Spice (Ghugian Da Jorra)

The Canadian Spice

This is Jazzy B's debut album. Formally known as The Canadian Spice, it is also called Ghugian Da Jorra because of the hit single on the album. If you want to see where Jazzy came from check this album out.

Jazzy B - Surma & Surma (Remix)

Surma

This album features one Jazzy's biggest singles - Surma. The album I posted for download is the original Surma with additional remixed tracks. So don't worry you won't be missing any mp3s that were originally on the Surma album. Well this album is quite nice so check it out.

Jazzy B - Sikhi Khandiyon Tikhi

Sikhi Khandiyon Tikhi

Here's another religious album by Jazzy so again, I'm not going to make any stabs at it. Check it out if you are Sikh or interested in the religion.

Jazzy B - Folkal Attraction

Jazzy B

Sorry I couldn't find a picture of the album cover for this but I did find a picture of Derek Zoolander. I don't know but the hair Jazzy's got lately makes him look like Zoolander (see pic inside post if you are unaware). Anyways this album doesn't have any insanely well known singles but the overall album was well received. Enjoy

Jazzy B - All Eyez On Me

All Eyez On Me

Sorry for the site being down for a few hours yesterday - it wasn't me it was the server. Anyways, I'm going to try and post all of Jazzy B's albums so here's all eyez on me. It doesn't feature any extremely well known singles - but the overall cd is pretty good.

Jazzy B - Singhan Di Kaum Bahadur Hain

Singhan Di Kaum Bahadur Hain

Here's a religious album from Jazzy B so I'm not going to make stabs at the production or whatever I usually do. If your into Sikhism check it out.
